30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with your Virenoo Glow Mask, contact us at info@virenoo.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
To start a return, please contact us at info@virenoo.com. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@virenoo.com and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Digital products
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
- Opened or used personal care/hygiene products, unless faulty
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item after approval and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the item without providing a reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
